Membership Terms
Last updated 3 August 2026
1. Provider
The paid membership is provided by
Peter Freitag
Krongasse 3
1050 Vienna
Austria
Email: operator@proofofanalysis.com
Further information is available in the Legal Notice / Impressum.
2. Scope
These Membership Terms govern free and paid memberships offered through Proof of Analysis. They apply together with the Privacy Policy and the Research Disclaimer.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Membership service
A paid membership provides access to research publications and member-only material made available under the Full Research Access tier during the active subscription period.
The service may include institutional-grade Deep Dives, POA-100 scores, valuation scenarios, tokenomics analysis, unlock analysis and portfolio frameworks. The precise publication schedule, subjects and format remain subject to editorial judgment.
Membership does not include personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, guaranteed publication frequency or guaranteed financial outcomes.
4. Account registration
A valid email address is required to create and maintain an account. Members are responsible for maintaining access to that email address and for preventing unauthorised use of their membership.
Accounts are intended for individual use. Member-only content and access links may not be shared, resold, systematically copied or made available to third parties.
5. Prices and payment
The applicable monthly or yearly price is displayed before the order is submitted. The total price and any legally required taxes must be shown during the checkout process.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid membership, the member authorises Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the initial subscription period and each subsequent renewal until cancellation.
Proof of Analysis does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
6. Automatic renewal
Monthly memberships renew each month. Yearly memberships renew each year. Renewal occurs automatically using the payment method on file unless the membership is cancelled before the next billing date.
The applicable billing interval and price are shown during checkout and in the member account.
7. Cancellation
Members may cancel their paid subscription at any time through the account portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to reimbursement for an already commenced billing period. Statutory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
If technical difficulties prevent cancellation through the account portal, the member may contact [CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS].
8. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. For a paid membership, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an unequivocal statement identifying the decision to withdraw to
Peter Freitag
Krongasse 3

Email: operator@proofofanalysis.com
The statement must be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Where a consumer expressly requests that the digital service begin during the withdrawal period, the provider may be entitled to a proportionate payment for service supplied before the withdrawal was communicated, provided the applicable statutory requirements have been satisfied.
If the legal requirements for an exception or loss of the withdrawal right have not been satisfied, the statutory withdrawal right remains available.
9. Model withdrawal form
A consumer may use the following form, although its use is not mandatory.

10. Refunds
Refunds are provided where required by applicable law. Additional refund requests may be considered individually. Approval of a voluntary refund in one case does not create an entitlement in another case.
11. Availability and editorial changes
Proof of Analysis seeks to maintain reliable access to paid content. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, payment-provider failures or circumstances outside the provider’s reasonable control.
The subjects, formats, scoring methods and presentation of future research may evolve. Materially reducing the essential scope of an already paid subscription period may give affected consumers the remedies provided by applicable law.
12. Research risk
Research may contain estimates, ratings, valuation ranges, scenarios and opinions that later prove inaccurate. Crypto-assets are volatile and may lose a substantial part or all of their value.
Members remain responsible for their own decisions. The complete research limitations and risk disclosures are contained in the Research Disclaimer.
13. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all original text, scoring systems, tables, graphics, databases and research frameworks published by Proof of Analysis are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Members may use the material for personal research. Commercial redistribution, republication, systematic extraction, resale or removal of attribution requires prior written permission.
Reasonable quotation for criticism, review or reporting remains permitted where allowed by law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where a member materially violates these terms, shares paid access, attempts unauthorised extraction, interferes with the service, commits payment fraud or uses the website unlawfully.
Where reasonable and legally required, the member will receive notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation. Statutory rights concerning prepaid amounts remain unaffected.
15. Changes to prices and terms
Prices may be changed for future billing periods. Existing members will receive appropriate advance notice where required by law. A price increase does not apply retroactively to a completed billing period.
These terms may be updated to reflect legal requirements, service changes or security needs. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
16. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
17. Contact
Questions concerning membership, billing, cancellation or withdrawal may be sent to operator@proofofanalysis.com.
